Irfan and Salima Kassam are the co-founders and managing partners of KSI Legacy Capital. Irfan Kassam

Irfan began his career in management consulting advising business and technology leaders across national and regional health insurers on issues ranging from tech strategy, and enterprise transformation to systems modernization, build/buy product, and technology decisions. He then pivoted his career to Product Management where he led product development and commercialization for various SaaS analytics software products used by multinational CPG and manufacturing companies. Most recently, Irfan drove the strategy and growth of Alight Solutions’ personalization and communication products. He is an inspiring leader with a talent for developing high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations. His exceptional work ethic, articulate communication style, and proven interpersonal skills allow him to establish himself as a trusted advisor to his clients quickly.

Irfan holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. While Irfan grew up in metro Atlanta, he now lives with Salima and their family in the Houston area.

Salima Kassam

Salima began her career as an M&A investment banker on Wall Street contributing to multiple acquisition and divestiture deals. Next, Salima gained invaluable operations experience as a process improvement consultant for the largest home improvement retailer in the world. Most recently, she worked in corporate strategy at a large, multinational oil-field services energy company.

Salima received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is originally from Houston, Texas where she and Irfan now reside.
